October 3, Fineko/abc.az. In the first two quarters of this year, the volume of deliveries of Tesla electric vehicles decreased against the same term of the previous year. The 3rd quarter reversed this trend, showing annual growth of 6.3%, but analysts on average expected a slightly larger number of electric vehicles supplied by the company.

ABC.AZ reports that the gap between reality and expectations did not turn out to be significant. If the consensus of analysts on the eve of the publication of Tesla's preliminary quarterly report mentioned 463,000 electric vehicles, then the actual value reached 462,890 cars. This is 6.3% more than it was delivered a year ago. If we talk about the number of electric vehicles produced in the third quarter, it increased by 9.1% year-on-year to 469,796 cars. Tesla has consistently increased production of electric vehicles by 14.4%, and shipments increased by 5.8%.
