October 1, Fineko/abc.az. A number of permanent or temporary traffic management updates have come into force in the French capital since October 1. One of them is a triple tariff for parking large SUVs of guests of the city.
ABC.AZ informs that drivers of cars with internal combustion engine weighing more than 1.6 tons, as well as electric vehicles and hybrids weighing more than 2 tons will have to pay 18 euros per hour in a parking lot in the center of Paris, and 12 euros in other districts of the capital.
Thus, for six hours of parking an SUV in the central quarters of Paris, you will have to pay 225 euros, compared with 75 euros earlier.
The triple rate applies only to "guests" who do not have any permanent business in Paris. For Parisians, those who work in the capital, as well as for people with disabilities, there are separate parking rates.
