September 27, Fineko/abc.az. Hungary wants to improve economic relations with Russia, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs & Foreign Trade Peter Szijjarto.

"We are very open about our desire to improve economic relations between Russia and Hungary in all areas that are not affected by sanctions," he said.

The minister noted that the meeting of the Russian-Hungarian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation in Budapest, which was attended by 173 entrepreneurs, was an indicator of the desire to develop economic cooperation between the two countries.

The FM also stressed his country's negative attitude towards the sanctions regime.
