Tobacco production in Azerbaijan increased almost by 1/3

August 24, Fineko/abc.az. The production of alcoholic beverages and tobacco has increased in Azerbaijan.

The State Statistics Committee informs that for Jan-Jul production of tobacco products increased 2.9-fold and drinks by 9%.

"For the past 7 months of 2018 production of food products increased by 2.4%, including production of cognac by 4.8 times, grape wine by 34.4%, and soft drinks by 20%," the Committee reported.
