July 19, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2024, Azerbaijan imported 4,003 trucks for $68.337 million.

Compared with Jan-Jun 2023, the cost of trucks increased by $20.875 million or 44% in value terms and by 842 trucks or 26.6% in quantitative terms, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Customs Committee.

In the 1st half of 2023, the country imported 3,161 trucks for $47.26 million.

The cost of 1 truck in the first 6 months of 2024 reached $17,071 (29,021 manats), which is $2,057 (3,497 manats), or 13.7% more than in the last year.

Over Jan-Jun 2023, this figure was $15,015 (25,525 manats).
