Tesla has reduced supply of electric vehicles by 5%

July 3, Fineko/abc.az. Electric car manufacturer Tesla lowered shipments almost by 5% in the 2nd quarter of this year.

As follows from company's press release, in the 2nd quarter Tesla delivered 443,956 vehicles (4.7% less versus Q2 of 2023 - 466,140 cars). The volume of production for Q2 of 2024 reached 410,831 cars (14.3% less than last year, when the company produced 479,700 cars).

Deliveries of the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y totaled 422,405 vehicles in the 2nd quarter of this year. Last year, during the same period, the company delivered 446,915 cars.

As for production, the company produced 386,576 vehicles in the 2nd quarter of 2024, compared with 460,211 cars last year. Tesla plans to publish its full financial statements on July 23.
