June 25, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish Airlines, the national airline of Türkiye, has been awarded the title of The Best Airline in Europe for the ninth time, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Turkish airline.

The decision was made by international organization Skytrax, specializing in assessing the quality of air transport services. The ceremony of announcing the winners of Skytrax awards took place in London.

The Turkish airline, among others, was awarded prizes in the nominations: "The world's best business class catering services" and "The best airline in Southern Europe".

Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Ekshi called Skytrax's decision the result of hard teamwork by all the staff of Türkiye's leading airline.
