May 17, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 4 months of this year, 1,075,800 passengers were transported by air (46.3% more versus Jan-Apr 2023), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

99.9% of transportation was carried out by state-owned enterprises and 0.1% by private enterprises. Cargo transportation by this type of transport increased by 14.3% up to 127,500 tons.
