April 29, Fineko/abc.az. By the relevant presidential orders, Elmin Mammadov and Shahin Babayev have been appointed Deputy Ministers of Digital Development & Transport.

ABC.AZ reports that in 2011-2013 Mammadov held various positions at the Main Department of Legislation of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan, in 2013-2015 at the Department of International Cooperation of the Cabinet Ministers. In 2015-2021, he worked in various positions at the Department of Legislation & Legal Expertise of the Presidential Administration, and from 2021 until his last appointment, Mammadov held the position of head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport of Azerbaijan.

Shahin Babayev started his career in 2011 at Sumqayit Texnologiyalar Parkı LLC (Sumgayit Technological Park). Since 2012, he worked at Azercosmos OJSC, until 2021 he held the position of head of the finance department, until his last appointment he was an adviser to the Digital Development & Transport Minister.
