April 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has made changes to the Commodity Nomenclature of foreign economic activity of Azerbaijan, rates of import customs duties & rates of export customs duties.

ABC.AZ reports that for motorcycles with reciprocating internal combustion engine, the engine cylinder capacity is not more than 50 cm3 (with maximum speed of more than 50 km/h, determined by its design (or technical indicators), and others), the import customs duty will be 15%. For bicycles with electric motor, the maximum speed of which exceeds 50 km/h, there is also a 15% import customs duty.

This decision comes into force 30 days after its publication.
