ABC.AZ reports that Vusal Shikhaliyev, the head of the sector of the Department of Economic Policy and Industrial Issues of the Presidential Administration, said about this at a conference in Baku.

"This is among the priorities of the commission to further improve the business climate in the country and increase accessibility. Along with this, among the priorities are the development and adoption of norms and standards related to "green buildings" and "green construction", the creation of an electronic system for primary registration of real estate, expanding the coverage of the online application system for connection to the electric grid, reducing the required procedures, deadlines and costs for connection to the water supply network," he said.
