February 6, Fineko/abc.az. Work is underway in Azerbaijan to launch two new data centers as part of ensuring the transition of all government institutions to the Government Cloud and in order to expand cloud services,.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Elkhan Azizov, acting chairman of board at AzInTelecom LLC.

He added that the concept of new data centers has been prepared with involvement of an international supplier company.

"The detailed design of data centers is currently being developed. One of the new data centers will be constructed on the outskirts of Baku, and the other will be 100 km away," Azizov emphasized.
