February 1, Fineko/abc.az. Since yesterday, negotiations have been underway with the State Customs Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan regarding the payment of finances. I am aware of information that both institutions have already finished their work.

ABC.AZ reports that Etibar Abbasov, chairman of board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC (Təmiz Şəhər; Clean City), at a roundtable at the Ministry of Ecology & Natural Resources (MENR), devoted to the disposal of vehicles, the current situation and upcoming tasks. He noted that work on the software has already begun:

"Citizens will be able to contact us, as well as independently monitor the process. The software will be launched from September 1 of this year."
