February 1, Fineko/abc.az. The pilots of Indian company IndiGo Airlines did not receive permission to fly from the Air Traffic Control Service (ATC) when carrying out Delhi-Baku flight #6E 1803 on January 28.

ABC.AZ reports that a scandal broke out about this, and both pilots of this flight were suspended from their posts while the incident was investigated.

The ATC gave instructions to wait for Delhi-Baku flight to be completed, but it was not fulfilled. The plane was put into flight condition and took off without permission.

The General Directorate for Civil Aviation (DGAC) under the Ministry of Civil Aviation of India stated that operating flights without proper clearance raises serious concerns about compliance with operational discipline protocols.
