January 29, Fineko/abc.az. Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili is resigning.

ABC.AZ reports that the PM announced his resignation at a briefing in Tbilisi in the government administration.

"I want to inform the public about the decision we discussed with the team. Today I am leaving the post of Prime Minister," Garibashvili said.

He said that he had received an offer to lead the ruling party.
