January 26, Fineko/abc.az. The president of ASG Holding Group of Companies received dividends in the amount of 1 million manats in 2023 from ASG Helicopter Services LLC, which transports passengers by helicopter.

ABC.AZ reports that the shares were 100% owned by Silk Way Development LLC, prior to its acquisition on December 24, 2019 by individual Teymur Mammadov. As of December 31, 2022, Teymur Mammadov is the sole owner and the last controlling person of the company. On June 11, 2020, the company's name was officially changed from Silk Way Helicopter Services LLC to ASG Helicopter Services LLC. As of December 31, 2022, the company owns a 50% stake in a joint venture called Helicopter Services Center LLC, which is engaged in maintenance and repair. On April 20, 2023, the company sold shares in this joint venture. ASG Helicopter Services completed 2022 with net profit of 9.883 million manats. And in 2021, the net profit amounted to 20.43 million manats. Net profit more than halved last year.

The retained earnings increased by 9.883 million manats or by 10.8% to 101.25 million manats.

On February 15, 2023, the company announced the payment of dividends in the amount of 1,400 manats. By November 2, 2023, 1,050 manats of declared dividends were paid to shareholders.
