January 22, Fineko/abc.az. Contracts have been signed in Türkiye for the mass production of new torpedoes and missile systems.

ABC.AZ reports that AKYA heavy torpedo, ATMACA cruise missile and SAPAN anti-aircraft missile will strengthen the power of the Turkish Air Force.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Turkish National Defense Minister Yashar Guler called a strong naval force a requirement of the time.

The signing ceremony of the contract on naval torpedoes and missile systems was held at the initiative of the leadership of the Turkish Ministry of Defense Industry to meet the needs of the Navy command, it was attended by Defense Minister Yashar Guler, Defense Industry Minister Halyuk Gergun, Navy Commander Admiral Ercyment Tatlioglu and industry representatives.
