January 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Main Department of the State Traffic Police  has warned drivers who spray pedestrians with water.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Department: "Puddles on the roads are a big problem for pedestrians, because some drivers do not take into account weather conditions and, instead of slowing down in rainy weather, on the contrary, increase it by spraying pedestrians standing on the side of the road," the appeal says.
