January 10, Fineko/abc.az. ASCO Logistics LLC and ASCO Mukhafizə, owned by Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) CJSC, announced termination of their activity and joining ASCO Nəqliyyat LLC, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service.

As a result, ASCO Nəqliyyat was reorganized, and the rights and obligations of the liquidated companies were transferred to it.

In addition, the ASCO Caspian Sea Transport Design, Survey and Research Institute changed its name and organizational and legal form and declared itself ASCO Mühəndislik LLC.
