December 22, Fineko/abc.az. Amendments have been made to the Instruction on the Rules of State Traffic Police Control over Technical Condition of Motor Vehicles & Ensuring their Safe Movement.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant decision was signed by Internal Affairs Minister, Col-Gen Vilayat Eyvazov.

Under the decision, in addition to the state duty from drivers, when conducting state technical inspection of a vehicle, in cases prescribed by law, there must be a document on disposal established in accord with the Law on Waste. At that, during the state technical inspection, along with the state duty, a disposal fee must be paid.

The decision will come into force on February 1, 2024.
