December 19, Fineko/abc.az. Out of the 25 registered residents of the Agdam Industrial Park, more than 10 ones have started construction and installation work. A number of enterprises are expected to open by the end of spring 2024. One of them is a plant for production of automatic euqipment & telemechanics.

ABC.AZ reports that a land plot with an area of 0.90 hectares was allotted for the plant project on the territory of the Agdam Industrial Park. The construction area of the enterprise is 2,738.9 sq m.

According to the company building, the construction of an enterprise for production of automation and telemechanics began in October 2022. Completion of construction work and launch of the plant is scheduled for May 2024.

The plant will produce equipment for railway signalling. The company plans to employ 45 people.

Investors plan to invest more than AZN 175 million in the Aghdam Industrial Park and create over 1,600 permanent jobs. Currently, more than 10 business entities are actively engaged in construction and installation, while others are engaged in design and topographic work of the territory.
