December 19, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2023, Azerbaijan imported 88,738 vehicles for $1.522 million.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that compared with the 2022 same term, imports of vehicles grew by 63.3% in value terms and by 33% in quantitative terms.

Over Jan-Nov 2022, our country imported 66,866 vehicles for $932,095.

In 11 months of 2023, the import of automobiles in Azerbaijan reached 81,824 vehicles, while in 11 months of 2022 - 61,637 cars.

Of them, 12,749 vehicles for $332.368 million are powered by electric motor and internal combustion engine, while 2,737 vehicles for $111.048 million are powered by an electric motor alone.
