December 18, Fineko/abc.az. “The main focus is on the organization of bike paths. We have started drawing up a single map of bike paths. After these works are completed as soon as possible, we will see a change in the traffic flow in terms of quality. Traffic lanes should not remain empty. Work is also underway to allot bus lanes. There are currently 21 bus lanes in Baku."

ABC.AZ reports that Deputy Minister of Digital Development & Transport Rahman Gummatov stated about this during the presentation of the mobility transformation program in Azerbaijan.

"Today there are about 180 routes in Baku. The analysis shows that their number should be reduced. But this does not mean that you need to reduce the number of points. On the contrary, their number should be increased," he added.
