Tesla recalls 2 million vehicles in U.S.

December 14, Fineko/abc.az. Tesla recalls more than 2 million vehicles in the United States to fix problems with the autopilot system, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

"In certain circumstances, when the Autosteer [autopilot] system is working <...>, it is not possible to prevent the driver from using it incorrectly," the statement saysd. NHTSA explains that this can lead to an "increased risk of collision".

The Model S cars produced from 2012 to 2023, Model X produced from 2016 to 2023, Model Y and Model 3 produced from 2020 to 2023, which were assembled from 2017 to 2023, are subject to recall.
