December 12, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with the agreement signed last year between Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) and Swiss company Stadler, 4 out of 10 trains will be put into operation by the end of 2023, ABC.AZ reports, quoting ADY chairman Rovshan Rustamov.

According to Rustamov, one train is currently in Baku.

"Another train has arrived in Azerbaijan, and preparatory work on two trains is coming to an end. The final work on the production of the remaining six trains is also underway," Rustamov said.

He noted that these trains will also be put into operation by the end of 2024.

"After checking four trains, they will be put into operation from March 2024," Rustamov said.
