December 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) under the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport announced an open tender procedure for creation of AYNA information system, the regulations of which were approved by President Ilham Aliyev on December 30, 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that the tender winner is Az Software System LLC.

A purchase and sale agreement was signed with the winning company in the amount of 6,783,949 manats.
