ABC.AZ reports that in the SMS message, citizens are advised not to trust fake pages created in Internet segments and social networks concerning fines, utility and other payments, to be careful with messages, searches or content that can imitate official organizations, not to pay money for fake pages created on behalf of state institutions, as well as banks.
