November 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the Rules for assigning lifetime benefits to civil servants who voluntarily left work upon reaching retirement age or disability, who have minimum service experience of 15 years, established by Article 23.2 of the Law on Civil Service, and who do not have minimum length of service in public service.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decree.

If the documents or information required for the assignment of the benefit can be obtained from the relevant state body (institution) through the e-government information system, these documents or information are not required from the applicant. In cases where access to such documents or information through the e-government information system is not possible, their submission is requested by the relevant state body (institution) on the basis of a request with the consent of the applicant or provided by the applicant.
