October 30, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree "On measures related to further construction of a link between highway Goradiz-Jabrayil-Zangilan-Agbend with the Islamic Republic of Iran and a bridge across the Araz River."

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the presidential decree, in order to continue work on the construction of motor road Goradiz-Jabrail-Zangilan-Agbend link with Iran and a bridge across the Araz River, the Presidential Reserve Fund of State Budget 2023 allocated AZN 14 million to the State Agency of Highways of Azerbaijan.
