October 30, Fineko/abc.az. Automobile concern Toyota Motor produced 5.58 million cars in the first half of fiscal year 2023 (started on April 1, 2023), which was a record for the company for the designated period of time.

ABC.AZ reports that this is evidenced by the data published by Toyota Motor.

The concern's statement says that compared with the 2022 same term, company's production worldwide grew by 12.8%.

At that, in the first half of the calendar year, the Japanese automaker also set a record, producing more than 5.6 million cars.

The vast majority of cars (more than 4.2 million) in the period from January to June were sold outside Japan.
