October 25, Fineko/abc.az. Honda has presented a coupe with iconic name Prelude at the Japan Mobility Show in Tokyo.

ABC.AZ reports that the presentation did not contain any details except for information that the new Prelude is "designed to combine electrification and driving pleasure".

The company did not provide any details, but Honda CEO Toshihiro Mibe shared some interesting remarks after Prelude presentation. Emphasizing company's commitment to future sports models mentioned in 2022, he said that this concept "will be a precursor to our future model, which will inherit the joy of driving in fully electrified future and embody Honda's unchanging sports thinking".

The new Honda Prelude is reincarnation of the original model produced from 1978 to 2001. It was front-wheel drive and was equipped only with gasoline engines, the most powerful of which produced 217 hp.
