October 24, Fineko/abc.az. German companies are having difficulty finding new loans because of high interest rates and slowing economic growth, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the German Institute for Economic Research.

Since 2017, when the method of data collection was changed, the number of complaints from companies about loans increased by 30% to the highest level in December 2022.

Of the companies seeking loans in the service sector, 31.5% said that banks do not want to give loans.

In industrial companies, this indicator grew from 20.7% to 27.7%.
