In order to prevent illegal collection of money for parking for two months, payments are made only in non-cash way through a mobile application and via SMS.

And in areas belonging to Zone 4, that is, where there is little demand, parking fees are not charged. There is also no charge for residents whose place of residence is located next to the parking area. Special parking tickets are available for this purpose. Under law, in other cases related to paid parking, benefits are not provided.
