October 10, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of sales of luxury car brands in Azerbaijan for Jan-Jun 2023 became known.

ABC.AZ reports that the total number of sales of new models on six brands reached 1,520 cars (2-fold more against Jan-Jun 2022).

In the first half of 2022, this figure was 767 cars.

In the 1st half of 2023, Japanese brand Lexus became the leader in terms of sales of new models in Azerbaijan — 424 cars.

Sales of BMW, the 2nd in the list, increased 2.8-fold to 381 cars. Mercedes became the 3rd largest in terms of market volume (market share 21.2%) with sales of 322 cars for the first 6 months of this year. Brand sales grew by 68% versus Jan-Jun 2022.

Land Rover sales grew 2.3-fold to 211 cars, Audi by 16.3% to 114 cars, and Porsche by 13.3% to 68 cars.
