September 25, Fineko/abc.az. The protocol of intent on Kars-Nakhchivan railway has been signed.

ABC.AZ reports that following the meeting between President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, documents were signed between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.

The protocol was signed by both countries’ leaders.
