September 8, Fineko/abc.az. The number of charging stations for electric vehicles in Türkiye has reached 3790, and the number of charging points – 8,001, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Statistical Office of Türkiye (TÜIK) for the 1st half of 2023.

Türkiye ranked 2nd in Europe in terms of the number of charging stations after Germany.

The number of electric vehicles in the country for Jan-Jun 2023 increased by 88.8% percent and reached 27,476. At the end of 2022, the number of electric vehicles was 14,552.
