September 5, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on measures for the design and construction of Yeni Gubadli-Lachin highway.

ABC.AZ reports that the Presidential Reserve Fund of the State Budget of Azerbaijan for 2023 allocated AZN 20 million to the State Agency of Highways for the construction of this road.
