August 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's income from the transportation of goods and passengers by air amounted to AZN 1,617,752.1 in the first half of 2023, down 30.5% from January-June 2022, the government told Interfax-Azerbaijan, according to ABC.AZ.

Revenues from the transportation of goods by air amounted to AZN 980,239,600 (48.2% decline). At the same time, the larger portion of these incomes AZN 979,625,700 (a decrease by 48.3%) -  came from international cargo transportation, and the remaining AZN 613,900 came from domestic carto transportation, an increase of 58.9%.
