For seven months of this year, the volume of income from mobile communication services in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 654.4 million.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the volume of income received grew by AZN 65.6 million (by 11.1%) compared to the same period in 2022.

In July this year, the volume of income received in the mobile communications sector increased by 10.8% or AZN 10.1 million compared to the same month last year and amounted to AZN 103.9 million.

Compared to June this year, this figure increased by 4.3% (by AZN 4.3 million). The revenues of the mobile communications sector accounted for 38.2% of the total telecommunications market.
In general, in the first seven months of this year, information and communication enterprises of Azerbaijan provided services worth AZN 1.715 billion, which is 13.7% more than in the same period in 2022. 75.8% of services were consumed by the population.
