Car production and sales in China declined in July compared to the same period last year, while car exports increased.

ABC.AZ reports that, according to the Chinese Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the country produced 2,400,000 cars in July, and sold 2,390,000 cars. Car production decreased by 2.2% year-on-year, and sales decreased by 1.4%.

Car production increased by 7.4% in the first seven months to 15,650,000, and sales increased by 7.9% to 15,630,000 in the same period last year.
In the first six months, production increased by 9.3%, and sales rose by 9.8%.

On the other hand, 310,000 cars were exported in July, which is 63% more than a year earlier.
