July 6, Fineko/abc.az. Terminals and payment machines are being installed on Baku-Guba alternative state road under construction, running in direction ot the Russian Federation.

Transport expert Aslan Asadov informed ABC.AZ.

He noted that installation of terminals and payment machines confirms what was originally said that the road will be paid. According to Aslanov, the pricing policy will be implemented on certain grounds.

"The advantages of this road over others will be that cars will be able to drive directly to the border crossing. True, the prices are set by the government and the Tariff Council, but I don't think it will cost about 4 or 5 manats. I even think that in about 15 years after the start of operation of the road, its cost will be reimbursed. Only then the road can become free."
