July 5, Fineko/abc.az. The U.S is considering the possibility of restricting access for Chinese companies to cloud computing services of American providers, ABC.AZ reports, referring to The Wall Street Journal.

Speech is, among other things, about cloud providers Amazon and Microsoft.

The publication calls such measures by U.S. administration’s head Joe Biden "the latest in a series of similar steps, since Washington and Beijing are in a high-stakes conflict over access to the supply chain of the most advanced technologies in the world".

It is also noted that the U.S. is considering the possibility of restricting the activities of Chinese cloud providers in the country, such as Alibaba and Tencent.
