June 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan manufactured 1,582 cars for the past 5 months (643 cars, or 68.5% more against Jan-May 2022), ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee.

As of June 1, 2023, 744 units of finished products have been created in the country.

Over Jan-May 2022, Azerbaijan produced machinery and equipment, vehicles, cars, trailers and semi-trailers for AZN 306.4 million.

Compared with Jan-May 2022, the production of machinery and equipment increased by 9%, cars, trailers and semi-trailers by 32.9%, and production of other vehicles decreased by 30.6%.
