June 12, Fineko/abc.az. Refusal to issue a “badge of distinction” is not possible.

ABC.AZ reports that Land Transport Agency’s chairman of board Anar Rzayev stated about this at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.

According to Rzayev, sanctions in this area are also not under the control of the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport:

 “The conditions created by the Ministry for the single accounting of carriers were created by the “Badge of Distinction". Two areas of the sector are not regulated. Inter-district passenger transportation by vehicles that are not considered buses is one of them. This can be said to have paralyzed regular passenger traffic. As a rule, there is no ticket sale for the vehicles mentioned by us. And the situation at bus stations is not good.”
