June 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Court of Cassation of the 11th Legal District of Türkiye has banned activity of taxi service Uber.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to TRT that the decision of the lower court was left unchanged during the process that took place on the claim of the Istanbul Taxi Drivers Association.

The court banned Uber's activity in Türkiye because of unhealthy competition, and also blocked access to company's website from the territory of the country.
