May 16, Fineko/abc.az. British mobile operator Vodafone Group Plc is preparing for a large round of job cuts as part of a three-year plan.

ABC.AZ reports that Vodafone announced that as part of a three-year plan, it plans to reduce staff by 11,000 jobs, which will affect both the headquarters and local representative offices.

In addition, the company will have to reconsider its strategic business in Spain.

Vodafone's stock prices at the beginning of trading on Tuesday are falling by 4.2%. This year, company's capitalization has decreased by 28.3%, while stock index FTSE 100 has gained 4.4%.
