May 8, Fineko/abc.az. For the first time in Azerbaijan, cables produced by a resident of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park - STP Global Cable LLC, part of Sumgait Technology Park LLC (STP), which is under the jurisdiction of the Economic Zones Development Agency (under the Economy Ministry), will be used in shipbuilding.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the agency that a cooperation agreement was signed between Baku Shipbuilding Plant LLC (a resident of the Garadagh Industrial Park) and STP.

At the initial stage, the shipyard will purchase cables with various parameters and certificates from STP Global Cable.
