May 5, Fineko/abc.az. Currently, more than 471,000 people in our country receive social benefits for disability.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Social Protection Fund that of them, more than 261,500 people receive pensions and over 209,500 - benefits. And the number of recipients of the presidential disability pension exceeds 75,700 people.

Allowance of 270 manats is paid to disabled persons for violation of bodily functions by 81-100%, 220 manats for violation of bodily functions by 61-80%, 150 manats for violation of bodily functions by 31-60%; 500 manats is paid to persons with disability in connection with the war and the events of January 20, 1990 for violation of bodily functions by 81-100%, 400 manats for 61-80%, 330 manats for violation of the body by 31-60%; 200 manats is paid to persons with established disability for general reasons for 81-100% impairment of bodily functions (with the exception of persons with visual impairment), 300 manats to persons who have visual disability for general reasons for 81-100% of impairment of bodily functions; and presidential scholarship of 100 manats is paid for 81-100% impairment, or to persons caring for disabled persons under the age of 18.
