In connection with the effective organization and automation of processes in accordance with the new development strategy of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY), the needs of railways, the real need for personnel and the prospects for the development of human resources are overestimated. Currently, the necessary measures are being taken to fill vacancies mainly due to the internal personnel reserve, full automation of the recruitment process, as well as significant improvement of the knowledge and skills of employees through internal and external training.
ABC.AZ reports with reference to Azerbaijan Railways that recruitment to ADY is carried out through a competition in accordance with Company's internal documents in the relevant field, taking into account the requirements of the labor legislation of Azerbaijan. The competitive process consists of three stages: preliminary selection of applications, participation of candidates in test exams and an interview.
