May 4, Fineko/abc.az. The value of export contracts concluded by Azerbaijani companies with X5 Group, one of the leading retail chains in Russia, is growing from year to year.
ABC.AZ reports that in 2022, X5 Group, which covers more than 19,000 stores in Russia and is one of the largest retail chains in the country, exported processed food products for $918,600 from Azerbaijan.
Only in the last months of this year, the value of exported products amounted to $880,600. So far, contracts for the export of mineral and carbonated waters, non-alcoholic energy drinks, canned vegetables, fruit juices, wine have been signed with companies AzNar, TAC-Gülüstan, Agro-Azerinvest, Zira Brightman, Berg Energy, Azərsun Holdinq and Abşeron-Şərab through the network.
These products are presented in more than 3,000 stores owned by the chain, and at the moment Russian consumers have purchased more than 865,000 domestic goods.
